Muffins

MUFFIN: an individual cup shaped quick bread made with wheat flour, cornmeal, or the like, and baked in a pan (muffin pan) containing a series of cuplike forms.

Quick facts: Muffin is an American English name for a type of quick bread that is baked in small portions.  Outside the US, muffin can also refer to a disk-shaped muffin usually called an English muffin.

Okay you've got to love a good muffin first thing in the morning to get you ready to start your day.
